"OMG. Are you making a podcast?"

Bowdoinhammer - Week of March 4th to the 10th.

Happy Monday Bowdoinhammer,

Last week we whipped up a survey to figure out some stuff. If you didn’t take it and you want to, just click here and you’ll go right to it. Aside from the one person telling us we did the survey wrong (we didn’t), and another’s plea for “fewer fonts”, there were a couple of common questions that we’d like to answer here:

Question: How do I get the Newsletter? Answer: There is a link at the top of Bowdoinhammer.com as well as a pinned post at the top of our Facebook page that will take you to the signup link. This question is so common that it makes us think that maybe the answer isn’t as obvious as we thought. Also, you might ask: “Wouldn’t someone asking this question not see the answer because it’s in the very newsletter they’re asking how to subscribe to?”. The answer to that is “Well, yeah. But that’s why we’re telling you so that you can share this email with them if you know them. The survey was anonymous so we have no idea who it was.

Question: Why do you exclude the Merrymeeting House Concerts from the list? Answer: Because they asked us to. They would rather control communications about their events through their own newsletter, which we admire. It kinda gives a “speakeasy” vibe to the whole thing, and it’s like a private party. Bowdoinhammers can be a part of that party by following this link: http://eepurl.com/iAywp6

Question: What’s with that podcast question? OMG. Are you making a podcast? Answer: Yes… once we’ve figured out the best format and hosting, we’ll definitely let you know. In the meantime, if you have any ideas, email your suggestions to [email protected].
